Bryan J. Arneson
Bryan J. Arneson is a native of South Dakota. He is a 1975 honors graduate of the University of South Dakota and a 1978 honors graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law.
Bryan has been engaged in the practice of law in Sioux City since 1978. In his private practice, Bryan has been involved in representing plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal courts in Iowa and Nebraska, primarily in cases involving personal injuries such as automobile accidents and premises accidents. He has tried several dozen cases to jury verdicts in Iowa and Nebraska. Bryan is also a member of NOSSCR and routinely represents individuals seeking disability benefits in proceedings before the Social Security Administration. He also represents claimants seeking compensation for work injuries in both Iowa and Nebraska Workers' Compensation courts and employers defending these claims and has tried numerous claims to judgment. His experience also includes other types of cases including contractual litigation and construction litigation.
Bryan has spoken on numerous occasions to Bar Association and business groups in the area of workers' compensation, Social Security disability and personal injury litigation. He is a member of the Iowa and Nebraska State Bar Associations, the Iowa Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.
Bryan and his wife, Wini, are travel enthusiasts and enjoy both foreign and domestic travel. They also enjoy live musical and theatrical performances and University of Iowa football.
